Dear Edgemont Residents,
I’m excited to share that I’ve just heard from the Town that Crane’s Pond is officially open for ice skating! I would like to extend a special thank you to the entire Greenburgh Parks and Rec team, especially Parks Commissioner Joe Lucasey and Park Superintendent Bobby Breen, for their hard work in preparing the pond and ensuring it is safe for our community.
Parks and Rec staff has warned me that the skating surface is on the rough side. Please remember to follow safety precautions and watch out for one another on the ice. We hope you enjoy this wonderful winter activity!
During this period, Crane’s Pond hours will remain as usual and the park will close at sunset.
