I encourage you to join the Board of Education for Coffee & Conversations this Friday, June 13 at 8:45 AM in the Edgemont Junior/Senior High School Cafeteria. This informal drop-in event is an opportunity to connect with board members, share your thoughts, ask questions, or simply listen in.
The Edgemont Community Council has been encouraging the establishment of the Communications and Community Outreach Citizen Advisory Committee, as well as a renewed focus on evaluating the district’s communication tools, messaging strategies, and outreach efforts — particularly to residents without school-aged children and those less engaged with the school system — so that opportunities like this can become a regular, thoughtful part of how we stay connected and work together as a community.
