The Nature Center at Greenburgh and the Edgemont Community Council are excited to continue their partnership for another year in maintaining the Nature Center’s 33-acre nature preserve! Right in Edgemont, the Nature Center manages trails, a vernal pool, a Native Plant Meadow, Native American Replica Village, Barnyard, and Organic Garden. With their educational programming, community conservation work, and animal ambassadors, the Nature Center at Greenburgh’s impacts reach close to 90,000 individuals each year.
This event is a special edition of the Nature Center’s regularly scheduled Volunteer Saturdays. Volunteers may participate for free or pay a ticket admission fee of $50 for adults or $25 for kids (18 and under) to experience an animal encounter educational program and catered meal.

Please note: all volunteers must be 5 years or older to participate. Volunteers under the age of 14 must have adult supervision. All volunteers must sign a volunteer liability waiver and media notice available before or upon arrival.
