Town of Greenburgh Paving Roads in Edgemont - Week of 9/15

The Edgemont Community Council would like to make sure residents are aware that the Town of Greenburgh will mill and resurface the following streets in our community beginning this Monday, September 15, and will continue as weather permits. Some of this work has been rescheduled from earlier announcements. This entails that each street undergoes a day of milling and a day of paving. Access to driveways will be maintained as best as possible for the duration of the roadwork; however, please be aware that there may be minor delays due to the roadwork.

Southern Greenville Neighborhood:
High Point Road (From High Point Terrace To Dead End)
High Point Lane (From High Point Road To Dead End)
Castle Walk (From Fort Hill Road To Dead End)

Longview Neighborhood:
Highland Road (From Ardsley Road To Dead End)
Dorchester Drive (From Mt. Joy To Westminster Road)
Winthrop Lane (From Mt. Joy To Dead End)
Scarsdale Farm Road Cul De Sac Only

Old Edgemont Neighborhood:
Manse Lane (From Henry Street To Dead End)

Fort Hill Neighborhood:
Stoneleigh Close (From Fort Hill Road To Dead End)
Stoneybrook Lane (From Underhill Road To Dead End)
Paradise Drive (From Underhill Road To Fort Hill Road)

Northern Greenville Neighborhood:
Keating Place (From Marion Avenue To Dead End)
S. Healy Avenue Dead End Portion
Thomas Street Cul De Sac Portion

The Town will post temporary ‘No Parking’ signs to inform residents when to keep these streets clear to facilitate the work.
