Civic participation is the cornerstone of our democracy. Having a strong voter turnout from Edgemont helps ensure our community’s voice is heard and strengthens local advocacy efforts. Please take note of the important information below regarding the upcoming Democratic Primary Election on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.
Who can vote?
You may only vote in the primary election of the political party in which you are enrolled. Only registered voters enrolled in the Democratic Party are eligible to vote in this year’s Democratic Primary Election.
Who is on the ballot?
Registered Democrats residing in Edgemont can vote in two races –
New York State Comptroller: Thomas DiNapoli, Raj Goyle, or Drew Warshaw
Greenburgh Town Supervisor: Paul Feiner or Barry McGoey

What is Early Voting?
Early voting allows eligible voters to cast their ballot in person before Election Day at any designated early voting location in Westchester County.
When can I vote early?
Early voting begins Saturday, June 13, 2026 and continues through Sunday, June 21, 2026.
Early voting hours are:
- Saturday, June 13: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Sunday, June 14: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Monday, June 15: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Tuesday, June 16: 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.
- Wednesday, June 17: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Thursday, June 18: 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.
- Friday, June 19: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Saturday, June 20: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Sunday, June 21: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Where can I vote early?
You may vote at any early voting location in Westchester County. The most convenient locations for many Edgemont residents include:
- Greenburgh Town Hall, 177 Hillside Avenue, White Plains
- Eastchester Public Library, 11 Oakridge Place, Eastchester
- Hastings-on-Hudson Public Library, 7 Maple Avenue, Hastings-on-Hudson, NY 10706

Where do I vote on Election Day?
Election Day is Tuesday, June 23, 2026. If you choose not to vote early, you may vote at your regular polling place on Election Day.

Voting by Mail
Eligible voters may also vote by Early Mail Ballot or Absentee Ballot. Applications requesting a ballot to be received by mail must be received by the Westchester County Board of Elections no later than Saturday, June 13, 2026.

While the Edgemont Community Council has a longstanding policy of not endorsing candidates, we strongly encourage all eligible residents to participate in the democratic process.
