The ECC Bylaw Review Committee was established by the ECC Board of Directors at its meeting on May 1, 2023. The committee included ECC President Dylan Pyne, ECC Director Sharyn Lewis, and First Vice President Pamela Montgomery (chair). The goals of the committee were to:
1) Update the bylaws to reflect the current operations of the ECC;
2) Make any updates necessary in response to the proposed changes to the SBNC Rules and Procedures upon the release of the proposed revised rules by the SBNC Rules and Procedures Revision Committee; and
3) Remove any gendered language from the ECC bylaws.

All members of the Edgemont Community Council are invited to vote on the adoption of the updated bylaws at the ECC’s annual meeting on the evening of April 17, 2024 at 8 pm in the Seely Place APR.
