Dear Edgemont Residents,
The newly-expanded Edgemont Board of Education Communications Committee, of which I’m a community representative member, is building on last June’s “Coffee & Conversations with the Board of Education,” where community members met and engaged with School Trustees in an informal setting.
The first “Coffee & Conversations” of this new school year will be held on Friday, November 14th, from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm at EHS. Coffee and refreshments will be served. There will be time for open-ended conversations, as well as a more focused portion where people can discuss specific school-related topics.
The BOE Communications Committee is currently deciding on the topic(s) for the first meeting, and we encourage your input. Please email communications@edgemont.org with any suggestions. The topic(s) selected for the November Coffee & Conversations will be announced in advance of November 14th, and remaining topics will be saved and considered for future Coffee & Conversations.
