Dear New Edgemont Residents,
The Edgemont Community Council is excited to announce that the Edgemont Newcomers Club is back for another year! This group helps new residents build connections, meet neighbors, and discover what makes Edgemont such a special place to live.
Who is a Newcomer?
While there’s no strict rule, we encourage neighbors who have moved to Edgemont within the past three years and/or those who do not yet have children in the School District to join us. If that sounds like you — or if you simply feel “new” — we’d love to see you at our events.
First gathering of the year
Join us for a special Coffee Morning to kick off the school year:
Date: Friday, September 26, 2025
Time: 9:00–11:00 AM
Location: Nature Center at Greenburgh (outdoor, under the tent, rain or shine)
The Nature Center’s playground will be right next door, so feel free to bring little ones.
Whether you’re a longtime Nature Center fan or visiting for the first time, this is a perfect chance to connect with your new neighbors.
First-time attendees of the ECC Edgemont Newcomers Club will receive a special Edgemont Newcomers coffee mug.
