Although this is a controversial topic under debate and consideration in Scarsdale, it is currently the law in the Town of Greenburgh.
TB 2012 0425 TB-1 Resolution adopting a Local Law amending Chapter 410 of the Code of the Town of Greenburgh entitled “Sanitation” to eliminate the piling of leaves for collection on public rights-of-way and to require property owners, or their agents, to place leaves for pick-up and collection in bags.
