The community is invited to an open forum on Tuesday, April 30, at 7:30 pm in the LGI at Edgemont High School to hear from the candidates for the Edgemont Board of Education. The candidates will be running in the school district election scheduled for Tuesday, May 21, and will be elected to three-year terms starting in July.
The residents who have announced their candidacies to date are the two candidates recommended by the School Board Nominating Committee (SBNC): Josefine Teneback Cays and Ami Patel Song.
The forum is conducted by the SBNC, and the community is welcome to send suggested questions to the SBNC chair ahead of time at SBNC@EdgemontECC.org.
